The records follow the family
Anchor is homeschool record keeping first, so your school's attendance and grades sync automatically into each family's own attendance log, portfolio, and high-school transcript. Parents stop re-typing what you already recorded — one more reason for families to choose your school.
Accept credit cards for tuition
Connect a Stripe account — about five minutes, from Settings — and every tuition invoice you send carries a "Pay with card" button. Families pay online, Anchor records the payment the moment it clears, overdue invoices chase themselves, and the money lands in your own bank account. You are the merchant of record; Anchor never holds your tuition.
Anchor keeps a small percentage of each tuition payment — you'll see the exact rate before you connect — on top of Stripe's own processing fees, so what reaches your bank is a little less than what the family paid.
Entirely optional. Skip it and invoicing still works in track-only mode: send the invoice with your own payment instructions, collect by Venmo, check or Zelle, and mark it paid.
