Calendar Reschedule

You can easily reschedule assignments from the calendar view when you click on an assignment.

When you choose to reschedule, you’ll get different options depending on if you’re moving it forward or back and if it has an impact on the class end date.

Options #

You’ll get up to 5 options on how you’d like to reschedule. These may vary depending on how the event is being moved and the impact on the class.

1. Just move the assignment – This will move just the selection to the day, and not change any other assignments.
2. Move remaining assignments back, keep the class end date, and double up classes as needed
3. Adjust remaining assignments – Move assignments to non-class days (ie. catch up on Saturday)
4. Adjust remaining assignments – Move all following assignments behind this one, and extend the classes’ end date
5. Adjust remaining assignments – Move all following assignments behind this one, and reschedule into blank assignment days as needed
